Former B.E.T Executive Paul Porter discusses detrimental effect of today’s music on youth!
I came across an interview that Former BET executive Paul Porter where he discusses today’s mainstream commercial hardcore rap music has detrimentally effected the minds & behaviors of today’s youth. During this two part interview Porter gives in depth insight from a perspective of someone who has worked on the highest level of broadcasting & seen the transition of what is perpetuated in music, movies, television, & other entertainment outlets & how they are truly influencing the minds of our youth today. Paul also discusses the HIGHLY controversial Rick Ross rape infused lyric from his feature on Rocko’s U.O.E.N.O. This dude has LITERALLY LOST IT, and in my personal opinion crossed a line that didn’t need to be crossed. This video is….well you just have to see it for yourself and judge accordingly. Voice of Elmo implicated in Underage homosexual relationship….Say it aint so Elmo!!
Kevin Clash the voice of the Iconic Sesame Street puppet Elmo, has been implicated in scandal that involves him having a relationship with a young man when this young man was only 16 years old. The young name who’s name has not been released to protect his identity but the young man who is now 24 years old claims that he and Clash engaged in a sexual relationship during the time the young man was still a 16 year old minor. Now none of these have been substantiated at this point due to a sufficient lack of evidence of the relationship actually taking place during the young mans teen years, however clash has admitted to a relationship with the accuser but states that the entire relationship took place when they young man was over the age of 18 when both parties were consenting adults.
Clash has been suspended from the show not due to the allegations but due to email communications that Clash had with the young man that did not detail any information about the relationship but due to the fact that it was personal interaction through the use of company email. After an email conversation between the accuser and Clash, the accuser met with sesame street and subsequently hired an attorney because he felt the show executives were trying to silence him. The courts have at this point decided that there is insufficient evidence to prove the relationship took place while the accuser was underage but the accuser sates that he will pursue his case.

During the midst of a very difficult time in his life, Chad “OchoCinco” Johnson releases a statement to the public regarding the recent series of events that have unfolded for the world to see. Below is the statement from Chad Himself
“I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred. I would like to wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL. To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life.”
I personally have been a fan of Chad for years, and I have also been one of his toughest critics recently and have not been very sentimental towards his circumstances. However, after going through my own recent series of events I can say that everyone makes mistakes and NO ONE is by any means near perfect. No one can tell the future or predict how the events of life will unfold, and honestly wall we can od as people is try to live as righteously as we can and spread as much Love, Peace, and positivity as we can while we are here for our short run on this blue marble. having said that I do still believe in being held responsible for the choices and mistakes we make, some of which can be avoided with sound judgment. In any case I wish Chad the best of luck with all his endeavors moving forward and may he find peace and happiness moving forward.
